Please wear T-shirts, shorts or sweats for practice.  Wrestling shoes are required head gear is recommended.  Please remember to keep your finger nails short. 

A USAWCT membership card ($36) is included with your registration fee. If you wish to compete on Sunday's then you must let Coach LiCastri know by the Wednesday before the Sunday tournament.  Each tournament has a fee of between $16 and $20 dollars.

I will register you upon your request for tournaments. The first tournament is a Sunday in late December.
