Time to clean the bearings. If your bearing cleaner came using a kit, then follow the instructions provided. If not, just put your bearings inside a bowl or cup and pour the cleaning fluid more than them. Shake it up a bit and try not to spill. Permit the bearings sit from the cleaning item in your half hour or so and then take in them out and dry them off.<br><br>

Once the bearings are dry, you will need to lube them up in your bearing lube and replace the shields (if you haven't ruined them, that is.)
