Skateboarding Thoughts

Time to clean the bearings. If your bearing cleaner came using a kit, then follow the instructions provided. If not, just put your bearings in a bowl or cup and pour the cleaning fluid more than them. Shake it up a bit and try not to spill. Allow the bearings sit within the cleaning merchandise for a half hour or so and then consume them out and dry them off.

Once the bearings are dry, you may need to lube them up in your bearing lube and replace the shields (if you haven't ruined them, that is.) You only require a smaller amount of lube, so follow the instructions and don't overdo it. Two or Three drops needs to be plenty. http://www.completeblankskateboards.com/ .

If we had been to pause this in mid air your front foot would be entirely off the board and kicking forward from the air.
