Teaching-
Hey wrestlers! Thanks for all your hard work so far this year. This year we have resources to help both the first years kids and the experienced wrestlers. We have books, articles, and video tapes. All of these are great tools to learn more about wrestling! Just ask a team mom about checking one out. Private lessons are also available.

Staying healthy-
Don't forget to keep yoour singlets, warm ups and knee pads washed! This is the time of year when people can pass around germs if they are not careful.
