What are the system requirements to use TotalLeague.com?
TotalLeague.com is accessed over the internet through a web browser. As long as you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher (for PC), Firefox (for Mac, PC, and Linux), or Safari (for Mac or PC), you'll be fine. TotalLeague.com does not work with Internet Explorer 5.x or lower.
How many photos do I get for 1.5 MB?
We resize your photos for you when you upload them so that you can get the most out of the space that you have. Depending on the size of the photos, 1.5 MB is about 10 photos, 100 MB is about 400 photos, and 500 MB is about 2000 photos.
What is the difference between "Limited" and "Priority" web site support?
Our paying customers get "Priority" support which means that most support questions will be answered in a matter of a few hours. Most "Limited" support questions should be answered within 48 hours.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within the first 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged a thing. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial.If you upgrade from a free account to a pay account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial.
How do I cancel my account and what are the rules?
You may cancel your TotalLeague.com Premium/Basic account(s), provided you notify us by email at email@totalleague.com, no later than 2 days before your renewal date to avoid being billed. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation, refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day free trial and we do not prorate for partial months. All cancellations must be done in writing.
