Get rolling having a smaller speed and give your board a beneficial pop. Once kicking your front foot out make certain to twist your foot and ankle on the side a bit...similar to how you slide your foot up the board somewhat sideways for an ollie the exact same is done in your heel flip. Only you kick out at an angle and completely off the board.

Once the bearings are dry, you will need to lube them up as part of your bearing lube and replace the shields (if you haven't ruined them, that is.) You only need a little amount of lube, so follow the instructions and do not overdo it. 2 or 3 drops should be plenty. http://www.eteamz.com/CosseySkateboardGroup .

With the lube applied and the shields in place, your bearings are very good to go. Reassemble everything and enjoy your newly cleaned bearings
