Wrestling Sign Ups

The Tracy USA Wrestling club is taking sign ups for middle school aged athletes (grades 6-8) and beginners (grades K-5) for the folkstyle and freestyle season (December - March and March – early June respectively).  The cost is $249 and includes the athlete’s USA membership card, club t-shirt, and shorts.

Beginners and young athletes (grades K-5) are expected to have a parent present during all practices. We will be forming a competitive team based on skill level among those participating in weekend tournaments and have practices focused on more advanced wrestling techniques.

Until October 15th, registration is discounted to $199. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday in the Tracy High boys sub-gym. For more information, email us at tracyusawrestling@gmail.com

TRACY USA WRESTLING CLUB

Tracy USA Wrestling Club is chartered thru California USA Wrestling.  The club teaches Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling to kids in grades Kindergarten thru 8th grade.  We compete in various tournaments throughout the season with most of the tournaments being in freestyle.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?:

You will need to wear t-shirts and workout shorts or pants (no jeans, pockets, buttons, rivets) and wrestling shoes. We recommend headgear (it is required at various youth tournaments and in high school and college) and we highly recommend mouthguards (it is required in high school if you have braces.)
